Evaluasi Pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar

Abstrak
Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi sebagai sarana pendukung bagi guru dalam memperoleh referensi, inspirasi, dan pemahaman untuk menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam praktik pembelajaran. Meskipun PMM telah disosialisasikan dan dimanfaatkan secara luas, tingkat pemanfaatannya di satuan pendidikan belum sepenuhnya optimal sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat penerimaan dan pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi pengguna berdasarkan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian evaluatif ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni–Juli 2024 di 38 provinsi dengan melibatkan responden tenaga pendidik dari jenjang PAUD, TK, SD, SMP, SMA, dan SMK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PMM dipersepsikan mudah digunakan dan bermanfaat dalam mendukung pelaksanaan tugas guru, khususnya dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dengan tingkat hambatan pemanfaatan yang relatif rendah. Kendala yang masih ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan waktu, akses internet yang kurang stabil, kesulitan login, serta belum optimalnya pemahaman terhadap seluruh fitur yang tersedia. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut, direkomendasikan penambahan konten yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pengguna serta pengembangan fitur umpan balik untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan optimalisasi pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar.
The Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) was developed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology as a support system for teachers to obtain references, inspiration, and a deeper understanding of the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in instructional practices. Although PMM has been widely disseminated and utilized, its level of use across educational institutions has not yet been fully optimized, indicating the need for systematic evaluation. This study aims to evaluate the level of acceptance and utilization of the Platform Merdeka Mengajar and to identify the constraints experienced by users based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This evaluative study was conducted from June to July 2024 across 38 provinces, involving teacher respondents from the PAUD, kindergarten, elementary, junior secondary, senior secondary, and vocational secondary education levels. The findings indicate that PMM is perceived as easy to use and useful in supporting teachers’ professional tasks, particularly in lesson planning and instructional implementation, with a relatively low level of utilization barriers. The remaining challenges include limited time availability, unstable internet access, login difficulties, and incomplete understanding of all available features. Based on these findings, it is recommended that PMM expand content aligned with users’ needs and develop feedback features to enhance effectiveness and optimize platform utilization..
